******SPRING CLEAN UP******

Monday, May 17 to Saturday, May 22, 2021

      8:00 am to 8:00 pm Each Day


Residents may haul their debris to ONE DROP OFF SITE LOCATION:

591 Union Road (Across from Union Tank Car) 

ITEMS MUST BE SEPARATED SO IT CAN BE RECYCLED

  •  Pile 1: Yard Waste, Tree Branches, Leaves
  • Pile 2: Metals i.e. Dishwasher, Aluminum, Steel
  • Pile 3: Big Household Debris, Furniture/Carpet, General Debris

 The City of Evanston will NOT accept the following: BATTERIES, TIRES, PAINT PRODUCTS, REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER, OIL, nor CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS: It will be the homeowner’s responsibility to dispose of these items.

The City Spring Clean-Up is for Residential Use, NOT Commercial. 

 Some of these items can be taken to the Uinta County Landfill on Saturday, May 8, 2021 for the County Hazardous Waste Collection at NO COST

  • **********For those with Special Needs and/or Senior Citizens NEEDING ASSISTANCE with transporting debris**********
  • **********(already bagged and piled on the curb), you may contact Public Works by MAY 20th, at 783-6451************

 LANDFILL PASS PROGRAM 

The Landfill Pass Program allows City of Evanston residents to dispose of debris, not to exceed 1,000 pounds, at the Uinta County Landfill, at NO COST, if your load is covered. These passes do NOT include e-waste, tires, or refrigerators/freezers. Each residence that pays a City of Evanston garbage fee for your Utility, is allowed two landfill passes per year which may be picked up at the Public Works office at 33 Allegiance Circle, from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This is for Residential Use, NOT Commercial.
