1. What do I do if my garbage was not collected?

Our collection truck drivers keep records of containers blocked by vehicles or not placed on the street in time. A special pick-up fee may be charged to re-send a truck. For other issues, call (307) 783-6450.

2. What if my garbage collection day falls on a holiday?

The holiday collection will be made the following work day. Drivers start earlier than normal so have containers out early, by 4:00 am or the night before.

3. How do I report a Public Works issue?

Call (307) 783-6450 to report:
• Pot hole
• Water leak
• Damaged street sign
• Debris in the street
• Street light out
• Sewer blockage
• Stormwater ponding in street
