1. What does it cost to be a member of YOU!?

It does not cost anything to be a member of YOU!

2. What are the hours for the YOU! Group?

The YOU! Group is open afterschool Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm -6:00 pm

3. What is the age range you serve?

All youth in 6th through 12th grade are welcome to come the YOU! Center

4. Is there transportation to the Center?

There is a bus that transports students from Davis Middle School to the YOU! Center afterschool. Kids are responsible to get rides home when the center closes.

5. Are you closed on Holidays?

We are closed on the following Holidays:
January 1, 2008 - New Year’s Day
February 18, 2008 - President’s Day
May 26, 2008 - Memorial Day
July 4, 2008 - Independence Day
September 1, 2008 - Labor Day
October 13, 2008 - Columbus Day
November 11, 2008 - Veteran’s Day
November 27-28, 2008 - Thanksgiving
December 25-26, 2008 - Christmas

6. Can I volunteer at the YOU! Center?

Yes, there are many ways you can volunteer in the afterschool hours. All volunteers must fill out the volunteer paperwork, which you can find on this website, and must pass a background check. Please call or stop down to see us for more information. Volunteer Paperwork

7. What kind of activities are available at the YOU! Center?

Eat at the YOU! Café, Video games (XBOX 360, Playstation 2), Homework help, board games, pool tables, foosball tables, Guitar Hero; Dance Dance Revolution, movies on the big screen TV, use the computer lab.

8. Do you have tutors available?

Yes, Gear-Up tutors are availabe in the homework room and the computer lab. PLATO is also available for High School cedit recovery.
