Evanston is a growing community, and the surrounding areas are also expanding. Between 1990 and 2000, Evanston grew at a rate of 5.5%. Our current population is estimated to be about 12,000 residents, while the county population is approximately 20,200.We are the eighth largest city in Wyoming.
